When President Clinton a few years back appointed Miss. Madeleine Albright as the secretary of states, the so-called Middle Eastern experts raised the doubt of here ability as a woman to deal with those backward, conservative leaders in the Middle East. And whether or not she will be effective in getting those sexist Arab men to listen to here and respect her as a woman. Miss Albright has been working tirelessly for quite sometime to bring life back to the Middle East peace process . She has met with most of the Arab men leader in the Middle East. She has met with president Mubarak of Egypt, with president Assad of Syria, King Hussein of Jordan, King Fahd of Saudia Arabia, the Sabbah of Kuite and of course Yasser Araffat of Palestine. It is ironic to see that the only thing that is standing in Miss Albright way in becoming a great policy maker in the Middle East in particular, is not so much that she is a women dealing with conservative backward Arab leaders, but it is the fact that her boss is a womanizer (of course it depends on how you define a womanizer). With all these sex scandals surrounding the white house and the reckless adolescence behavior of her boss, she is now much rather to spend her time meeting with Yasser Arafta than staying in Washington.
As for the way that those sexist conservative backward Arab men leaders in the Middle East have treated Miss Albright when meeting with them. I have yet during all this time to here any complains of disrespectful treatment, or any leaks of sexual harassment toward Miss. Albright. I can also assure that in her meetings with those conservative, sexist backward Arab leaders non of them has ever hit on her, or expose himself.
